Fabulous colour, really bright, purple and vivid in the glass. Lifted and complex aromas of white pepper, blueberry, licorice, bouquet garni and menthol. The flavours are fresh and lively, plenty of blue-fruited goodness, pepper and spice and layers of mouthfilling complexity. Textured tannings, grippy and layered, this is a really delicious example of a cooler-climate shiraz. @therealreview
